Testimonials

We needed concrete floor levelling and LVP flooring installed on short notice after other installers fell through. Davyd and Dot Flooring were great to work with and helped us with every aspect of the install. Great attention was spent on every detail and they were honest throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

Davyd installed a LVP floor in my 2400 sq ft studio. He did a quality job, paying attention to transitions at the sliding glass doors, Murphy bed, kitchenette, mini bathroom. He leveled the floor in the bathroom and removed/reinstalled the toilet without my having to call the plumber.  Communication was excellent and he checked in with me at decision points. I appreciated the discount, thanks!

I want to sincerely thank the team for their outstanding work! We ordered custom wooden stairs with handrails, and the result exceeded all our expectations. The craftsmanship is top-notch — every detail was carefully thought out and beautifully executed. The wood is of high quality, smooth to the touch, and the stairs look both elegant and sturdy. The handrails are comfortable, solid, and perfectly complement the overall design.

Absolutely outstanding experience! The team installed 1,850 sq ft of solid hardwood flooring, 17 custom stairs, all the trim and baseboards, and assembled over 40 kitchen cabinets with incredible precision. Every detail was handled professionally and efficiently. On top of that, the pricing for both labor and materials was extremely fair. We couldn’t be happier with the results — highly recommend without hesitation! Thank you, Dot Construction, for the excellent work!

David and his team did a beautiful job. We needed to raise a recessed hallway floor. They did the job at a very fair price, especially compared to other quotes we had received. The flooring came out so beautiful and the edge on the landing we had built is perfect. The straight stairnose looks modern and elegant. We are very pleased with their work!

Wow! I am so happy with my beautiful flooring! The crew was very personable, efficient and informative. Eduard and Andreii are the best! Davyd, the owner, helped me pick a perfect pattern/color LVP to flow with some very busy kitchen and entryway tile. He is informative, professional and knowledgeable. A competitive price for some very upscale flooring, that I’m happy to say, is now mine. M Englund 5 stars!
